- create own musical works (including for commercial purposes) using those samples contained in the package
- without the need to state or give copyright shares to the packages author/creator
- name and link the source to the product "Marco's Drum Breaks Vol. 2" when releasing your own creations is not an obligation, yet much appreciated.

- other forms of redistribution of these samples is not allowed
