- Eine Nennung des Urhebers ist keine Voraussetzung für die kommerzielle Verwendung
- Eine Nennung der Nutzung von Samples aus "Marco's Drum Breaks Vol. 6" und entsprechende Verlinkung dieses Produktes ist erwünscht, aber nicht verpflichtend.
- Ein Weiterverkauf der Samples ist weder einzeln noch in Paketen erlaubt
